Kerry Katona has revealed that she was forced to stay in bed for the whole of Saturday after being in debilitating pain.
The former Atomic Kitten singer, 44, who was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2020, admitted how it is has been so unbearable, she has had to visit hospital a few times.
Endometriosis occurs when cells in the lining of the uterus are found elsewhere in the body, and symptoms include pain, heavy periods and fatigue.
Lying from her bed, bundled up in blankets, Kerry, told her 840k followers about her struggles with the disorder: ‘Good morning people. I know how good I was yesterday but this morning oh my God, I have the worst period ever. I have Endometriosis.
‘There’s nothing worse than being alone and having nobody to help you when you’re in this much pain. I was hoping now I’m at this age my periods would stop but they haven’t.’
The TV personality then started to rock back and forth and told her followers: ‘I do this when I’m feeling unwell, I shake.

‘For all the women who suffer with this, I’ve actually been in and out of hospital with this several times. There’s nothing worse. You feel like you’re being ripped apart.’
She added: ‘The only way I can explain this pain is like somebody doing surgery on your insides without anesthesia, that’s how it feels. You being sliced open. It’s really f*****g painful. So sore.’

Kerry also let her fans know that she was supposed to be watching a football match and despite loving the idea of being surrounded by a ‘bunch of men screaming’ she felt too sick to do it.
Later in the day, Kerry gave her fans an update as she held onto a purple crystal that came apart. Speaking to the camera she said: ‘I’ve actually come back to bed. I don’t know if any of you have seen any of these magnet crystal things.
‘I’m gonna clip this onto my knickers and apparently it’s supposed to help with the pain. I’ve had to get back into bed. I’m not feeling very well. Hopefully this will work.’
It comes after she is said to be ‘devastated’ from splitting with her fiance of six years.
Kerry described Ryan Mahoney, 36, as ‘like a dad’ to her young children, which has made the break up harder.
A source told The Sun: ‘Kerry’s kids are really devastated about Ryan moving out – it’s hit them really hard.

‘He was like a dad to them because he has been in their lives for such a long time.
‘Kerry hates seeing them upset, it makes her sick to her stomach so she is doing everything in her power to make sure she is constantly checking up on them.
They added that the media personality is trying to be strong for Molly, 21, Lilly-Sue, 20, Heidi, 16, Max, 14, and eight-year-old DJ.
Writing in her Ok! Magazine column on Thursday, Kerry penned: ‘Last week I spoke about how Ryan and I were having a tough time and now he has moved out of the house.
‘We are no longer together and It’s been a really tough week – I never in a million years thought this would happen. Without going into too much detail, there has been a breach of trust between us.’
She continued: ‘I don’t know if we’ll be able to work it out or not, but I do still love him so much. I feel like everything has heaped on recently and it’s so much to deal with, I am really struggling.
‘But I know I can get through it no matter what happens, I’ve been through break-ups before and come out the other side, so we just need to see what happens.’
