Is a rumble in the Jungle already brewing as youngest contestants on I’m A Celeb, GK Barry and Dean McCullough, are set to clash on their approaches to camp life.
GK Barry, 25, and Dean McCullough, 32, are rising stars at ITV and BBC respectively and are set to enter this year’s jungle on Sunday night with the likes of Coleen Rooney and NDubz’s Tulisa.
When speaking to MailOnline, the Irish radio DJ insisted he is a ‘glᴀss half full kind of guy’ who won’t stand for people ‘putting their feet up’ but has voiced his concerns about ‘gelling with everybody’.
Meanwhile, the TikTok star admitted, ‘I’m a glᴀss half empty kind of gal’ and joked she was there ‘to have a relaxing couple of weeks in a hammock’ and ‘I won’t bring much to the camp, or clean much’.
But Dean issued a stark warning and said: ‘There could be a few people on that line up who think, “I’m just going to sit this one out, I’m not going to do the washing up” but yes they are.
‘A clean camp is a Happy Camp, and that’s my motto. I’m very clean. I like things to be in order, and I’m happy to do the washing, I’m happy to do the dunny, but I don’t want anybody in there that thinks they can put their feet up and have a lazy time because that’s not going to happen.’

GK Barry and Dean McCullough are set to clash on their approaches to camp life
When asked about how he felt about low moments in the camp and how to deal with them, Dean said: ‘In terms of, like, looking at the bright side and making sure the glᴀss is always half full, like I’m your guy.
‘I’m more than happy for us all to have a little bit of a whinge, just like, ‘Oh my god, isn’t today awful?’
‘Like, we can’t pretend it’s nice all the time. That’s not real.
‘But if somebody wants to make it their whole personality, they’re going to whinge about everything, it’s such a waste of an opportunity.
‘So I will quite happily pull that person for a chat and be like, ‘Look, we’re in the Jungle. You’re going to have to just start smiling a little bit more.
‘Like, come on, we can do this.’ You know what I mean? Because I don’t want to be sharing experiences with people who just want to be grumpy all the time.
‘You know what I mean? Like, let’s not bring the energy down, that’s something that would annoy me.’
But when asked if she would start an argument with someone if they weren’t pulling their weight in the Jungle, GK Barry said: ‘I feel like it’s just not in my nature.
