Sofia Richie got candid about her weight loss six months after giving birth to daughter Eloise Samantha.

The 26-year-old model appeared on a new episode of Thursday’s Therapuss podcast, where she spoke about her life as a new mom. 

After being asked about motherhood, Lionel Richie’s daughter — who recently made a rare sighting with her older sister Nicole Richie — shared, ‘My life makes sense now.’

‘I’ve never loved anything more in my life. I’m obsessed with her, she’s perfect. And I’ve lost 50 pounds,’ she humorously stated. 

Sofia and host Jake Shane — who is her close pal — proceeded to have a laugh at the candid admission.

‘So that happened,’ she added.

The social medial star — who previously dated Kourtney Kardashian’s ex Scott Disick, 41 — went on to describe her conflicted feelings about her changing figure during pregnancy.

‘I did weekly update pH๏τos. Every Monday,’ she shared. 

‘I could, like, watch myself expand. It was cute until it wasn’t.’

She first joked that it ‘wasn’t’ cute when her baby bump popped, but quickly reconsidered her remark.

‘It was beautiful. This is the thing, I always tell my friends. I’m like, “Oh, it got crazy.” But I was always empowered. The entire way. I was like, “I am unbelievable that I can do this.”‘

The star then added, ‘But I was also plus 60.’

Sofia revealed that after giving birth she ‘did not leave the house.’ 

‘I didn’t even know that this season happened. The summer season didn’t happen in my mind,’ she said, adding, ‘I had my mom’s summer.’

Richie also revealed that little Eloise has a ‘baby phone’ where she receives texts, but they are answered by whoever is with her at the time.

Sofia recently showed off her incredible physique while attuning the 2024 Baby2Baby gala in Los Angeles on Saturday night.

She made heads turn in a form-fitting, black velvet dress with a white bow accent and matching straps.

She was joined by husband Elliot who looked dashing in a black suit and tie. 

The lovebirds have yet to post a full image of their newborn.

The little one’s middle name serves as a tribute to Elliot’s late mother, Samantha Berg, who died tragically young in 2007.

While giving birth to Elliot in 1993, the businessman’s mother had an amniotic fluid embolism, resulting in a coma that she remained in until her death.

Sofia and Elliot had been acquaintances for several years before they began dating in early 2021.

They got engaged in 2022 and ultimately said ‘I do’ in 2023. She was walked down the aisle by her famous father during her lavish wedding ceremony to the music executive in France.

Back in June, a source close to the couple revealed that they are still ‘adjusting’ to life as parents.

‘Sofia and Elliot have been on cloud nine since welcoming baby Eloise. They are still adjusting to becoming parents, but it’s come fairly natural to both of them,’ they told Us Weekly.

The insider also shared that the pair are trying to keep their newborn from the limelight and are reluctant to let others visit.

‘Sofia and Elliot haven’t let many people over to see the baby, they’re both being very protective,’ they claimed.
