Jamie Lee Curtis has undergone another dramatic transformation, this time for her latest role in The Last Showgirl.
The actress, 65, plays Annette, a former Las Vegas showgirl working as a cocktail waitress in the highly-anticipated film starring Pamela Anderson and directed by Gia Coppola.
Curtis looks unrecognizable in character in a first look image from the movie capturing the actress in her work uniform.
Jamie sports a deep tan, strawberry red hair, and a bright orange bedazzled waitress outfit complete with matching hat.
As she makes her way through the floor of a casino, she dons smoky eye shadow and silvery lip gloss.

Speaking with Entertainment Weekly about her role, Jamie said her character’s ‘leathered’ appearance was deliberate.
‘There is that term that is kind of a pejorative of, particularly, women that says they look like they were rode hard and put away wet,’ she told the outlet.
‘I wanted very much to show the damage the sun had done to her — she has that leathered look,’ Jamie explained.
When Jamie first met her co-star, she was freshly spray tanned and wearing a red wig.
‘We were doing the table read, she was getting more and more orange, and with this frosty pink lipstick,’ Pamela said. ‘It was amazing.’

It’s not the first time Jamie’s appearance in a film got people talking.

Co-director Daniel Scheinert told EW of Jamie’s pᴀssion for her character’s appearance: ‘Immediately after signing up, she would text us pH๏τos of weird outfits and weird hairdos.
‘There was one pH๏τo of an IRS auditor that Dan Kwan had found online — I mean, maybe she worked in a DMV, I don’t know — but this one pH๏τo, Jamie was like, “That’s incredible, please let me be her — please, please, please, please.” And that pH๏τo became the reference for the hairdo and the outfit.’
The actress was also determined to appear as authentic as possible on camera.
Co-director Dan Kwan said: ‘Everyone ᴀssumes that her belly in the movie is a prosthetic, but it’s actually her real belly.’
There was also Jamie’s role for The Haunted Mansion, which saw her play Madame Leota, a psychic whose floating head is encased inside a crystal ball
‘She was grateful that she was allowed to just let it out.’
Jamie said she wanted to be ‘truthful’ to the role, adding, ‘I’ve been sucking my stomach in since I was 11, when you start being conscious of boys and bodies, and the jeans are super тιԍнт.
‘I very specifically decided to relinquish and release every muscle I had that I used to clench to hide the reality. That was my goal.’
