Joey EsSєx put on a very flirty display with Real Housewives of New York star Luann de Lesseps, who is 25 years his senior, on live TV. 

The former TOWIE star, 34, who earlier this year appeared on Love Island and is now based in Los Angeles, sat in the studio audience of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen as he interviewed Luann, 59. 

During Luann’s interview, host Andy pointed out Joey in the audience and told her he is single after she revealed she is ‘dating’. 

The reality star looked quite taken with Joey and invited him to come and watch her cabaret show. The pair then exchanged numbers after filming wrapped. 

In the interview, Andy said: ‘I also want to point out our friend Joey from Love Island is in the audience and he was asking about you before the show and he’s single’.

The host then suggested Luann meet up with Joey after the show.

Luann asked: ‘Oh, the afterparty? Oh, twist my arm’.

A source told Page Six: ‘After the show wrapped, Luann came over, and she and Joey exchanged information and followed each other on Instagram.’

‘After flirty nods throughout the show and encouragement from Andy, she said she’d love for him to come to the show.’

Joey is newly-single after he split from Love Island’s Jessy Potts, 25, in September – just seven weeks after leaving the villa together. 

Luann, meanwhile, was married to French Count Alexandre de Lesseps for 16 years before they divorce in 2009. 

In 2016, the reality star married Tom D’Agostino Jr., losing her ‘countess’ courtesy тιтle in the process.

Joey’s flirty display comes after he shared a very flirty exchange with TV host earlier this month, when he insisted he’s ‘husband material’. 

Joey joined US station KTLA with host Jasmine Simpkins and the panel, who cheekily suggested that he take his clothes off in the interview. 

‘I’m so excited to be here, you all look beautiful by the way,’ he said after being introduced.

‘Can you just keep talking we love your accent?’ the panel teased back. 

Discussing Joey’s outfit, Jasmine explained how she had helped him choose what to wear for the show including the mohair cardigan. 

‘Maybe a little later we can tell you to take it off’, the girls joked while Joey awkwardly giggled. 

As they flipped the conversation to his reality TV career, Joey continued: ‘In the UK it’s pretty hectic for me, I do get stopped. But I enjoy it, I enjoy the life that I live. 

‘I am looking for somewhere to live in LA. I’m looking for a flat because I own a house in EsSєx and it’s a lot of working looking after a house.  

‘I clean my own house, my own clothes, my own dishes. I’m perfect husband material, I must say.’
