Rebekah Vardy set tongues wagging as she teased she’s going on a mystery trip abroad in an Instagram snap, after rival Coleen Rooney jetted off to Australia for I’m A Celeb on Monday.

The WAG, 42, hinted she’s jetting away on holiday as she shared a snap of her suitcase, full of designer Hermès goods.

Rebekah sparked speculation amongst fans as she added a smirking emoji alongside the snap.

While Coleen, 38, heads for the H๏τ weather on I’m A Celebrity, Rebekah appears to be going somewhere colder as she packed plenty of knitwear in her case. 

Last month, it was revealed Rebekah – who appeared on the show in 2017 – will only watch the ITV show if she knew Coleen would be eating something revolting for a Bushtucker Trial.

A source told The Sun: ‘Coleen was banging on during the trial, claiming she was such a private person, and now she’s going on one of the most watched shows on television.’

Whilst Rebekah may not be an avid viewer, her legal team are said to be paying close attention to anything that could be said.

The source added: ‘Becky hopes that she does talk about Wagatha Christie, because it will be a major payday for her.’ 

But despite fans being desperate for Coleen to tell all about the Wagatha Christie drama on the reality show, it’s been reported that she is not taking any chances.

Rebekah is said to be on high alert and is keen to remind ITV bosses and the show’s hosts, Ant and Dec that she owns the trademark to the phrase Wagatha Christie.

Becky and Coleen, have a longstanding feud, which escalated in the infamous ‘Wagatha Christie’ trial. 

Coleen accused her fellow WAG of leaking private information about her to the Press.

In 2019, Coleen publicly claimed Rebekah’s account was the source behind three stories in the Sun newspaper featuring fake details she had posted on her private Instagram profile.

Her jungle stint comes as she was reportedly left ‘gutted’ as her husband Wayne is forced to miss out on an ’emotional’ I’m A Celebrity moment. 

The WAG is gearing up for her hugely anticipated appearance on the ITV series which kicks off November 17 and wraps up December 8.

And while the campmates close friends and family will fly out to meet their loved ones on the famous bridge, Wayne’s busy football schedule will prevent him from being there.

The former player is currently the manager of EFL Championship club Plymouth Argyle and is desperate to see results.

His team have matches on November 22, 26 and 30 as well as December 7, 10, and 14.

A source told The Sun: ‘Coleen will be gutted Wayne can’t get out there to meet her, but she understands how demanding his job is. He’s desperate to string a decent set of results together before Christmas.

‘He and Coleen have been living miles apart for months so that will have prepared them for the separation.’

‘Coleen’s very family-orientated so she’ll find the show tough. Whoever is waiting for her, it’ll be incredibly emotional.’
