BBC Breakfast underwent another hosting shake-up as a fan favourite was notably absent from the show.
During Monday’s instalment of the BBC programme, show regular Jon Kay, 55, was nowhere to be seen again.
Instead, Sally Nugent, 53, took on co-hosting duties alongside Ben Thompson, 43, who stepped in to deliver today’s latest headlines.
Sally and Ben were also joined by Carol Kirkwood, 62, who presented today’s weather forecast.
During the show’s segment, the dynamic duo discussed Remembrance Sunday and Keir Starmer, 62, laid a wreath as British Prime Minister for the first time.

Unfortunately at one point Ben was cut off by Sally, who had to correct him after an awkward blunder.
Ben managed to slip up while introducing roving reporter Jayne McCubbin, who was broadcasting from Wrexham.
He claimed she was being joined by Paddy McGuinness, 51, who is preparing for a gruelling 300-mile bike ride starting today as part of the BBC Children In Need cycling challenge.

However she was in fact joined by mascot Pudsey Bear, prompting Sally to quip: ‘That’s not Paddy!’
Both Ben and Jayne saw the funny side of the correction, laughing along: “Yes, that’s not Paddy, you’re going to chat to him in a minute!’
When grilled about his cycling later in the show, Paddy admitted: ‘I’m not thinking too much about Friday, I’m just getting today done, injury free and then tomorrow is another day.’
Praising his training sessions with Olympian Sir Chris Hoy, he went on: ‘Everything he has going on in his personal life but he still picks up the phone, gets me out on the bike and brutalises me.
‘The motivation he gives me and the little tips, he has been amazing. When I’m with him and we are on the bikes chatting, I just think “that is sir Chris Hoy by the side of me” and he is just mucking in like everyone else.’
There have been plenty of shake-ups recently as a recent instalment of the BBC programme saw show regular Sally absent.
Instead, Jon took on co-hosting duties alongside Nina Warhurst, 44, who served as a subsтιтute.
Once again, Jon and Nina were also joined by Carol who presented the weather.
During the show’s segment, the dynamic duo discussed the US election and issues faced by pubs across the UK and were joined by food critic Giulia Crouch.
It came after Nina made a rare confession on the show about her husband’s strict workplace rule.
The BBC Breakfast star was joined on the iconic red sofa by her co-host Roger Johnson and discussed marriage and what type of behaviours aided lasting relationships, from the viewpoint of Harry and Sandra Redknapp.
They discussed Harry’s own recent candid confession, in an interview with The Mirror, where he explained that he keeps any conversations on football and work out of his romance – as Sandra has no interest.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Winner Harry firmly believes that keeping his work and family life separate has led to his long-standing marriage to his wife Sandra.
Host Roger chuckled as Nina opened up about her home life, agreeing that she and her husband had a very similar set of rules.
Approaching the conversation while flicking through the Sunday paper spreads Roger said: ‘Can I quickly say, on the page opposite I’ve noticed a picture of Harry Redknapp and his wife Sandra – who of course everybody got to see on I’m A Celebrity a few years ago.’
Running into a quick digest about the article he relayed Harry’s words. ‘My secret to a happy marriage, never talk about football.’
Nina then burst into laughter as Roger added: ‘I have to say I’ve been to their house to interview them a couple of times and what a lovely couple.’
Agreeing with Roger, Nina said: ‘Yes I’ve met him he’s a really nice bloke, isn’t he.’

‘I think lots of partners would say “just don’t talk about work.”
The host then confessed: ‘Certainly my husband would’ before she quickly moved on to the next newspaper spread.
Nina is married to Fed By Ted creator, Ted Fraser after the pair met on a whirlwind holiday – with their romance blossoming and them later tying the knot, just one year later.
The married couple share three children together, first son, Digby, with Michael joining in 2018, and their daughter Nancy arriving two years ago.
Breakfast airs weekdays on BBC One from 6am.
