Her raven locks were let loose, cascading over her shoulders as she enjoyed her European getaway.

The model added a video of herself receiving a high end facial treatment from a mᴀsseuse — whom she tagged — equipped with red-light therapy robotic gloves.

Back in June, the five-foot-ten looker opened up to Vogue  about her ‘healthy’ lifestyle as well as her ‘biggest vice.’

‘I take a bath!’ Sleep! And I eat!’ she shared of her typical afterwork routine.

‘When my body wants something, I give it to it. I try to eat as healthy as possible and stay strong.’

She said that being a working model ‘requires a lot of strength’ so what she puts into her body matters.

‘It is important to be healthy so that I can do what I love. I eat a lot of protein, but I also like sweets. I love bread and it is my biggest vice,’ she explained.

‘Carbs are everything to me. I love pasta with truffles or even simpler, just with ʙuттer and lots of parmesan. I love pizza and I love cakes.

‘But, balance is the key!’ she noted.

The bombshell’s perspective on food has improved drastically — as a teenager, she battled anorexia that required treatment at UCLA medical center.

She said that ‘the longer you’re anorexic, the more detrimental effects it’s going to actually have on your body.’

Amelia stated that she suffers from an inflamed thyroid, a hormone imbalance, depression and anxiety.

Over the years, the model said she has been focused on healing her body and mind and no longer weighs herself.
