The country singer Brantley Gilbert is saying goodbye to his Georgia home after finding a buyer willing to pay its eye-popping price.
The 39-year-old chart topper parted ways with his home in Maysville, Georgia, for a whopping $2.2 million, TMZ reported over the weekend.
Brantley — whose wife gave birth to their third child on his tour bus on October 11 — had been trying to sell the house since July of this year.
At the time, he had listed it for $3.5 million, but that higher price turned off potential buyers.
But even after lowering the asking price by $1.3 million, the musician will likely still walk away with a sizable profit.

According to real estate sources, Brantley has sold the home in order to find an even bigger space for his growing family
The father-of-three reportedly recently bought up a 300,000-acre parcel of farmland not far from the Maysville house that he plans to fashion into his new home.
He may have been looking for more space, but the newly sold house isn’t exactly lacking for space.
It features six bedrooms and five bathrooms, which would have been plenty to house his family, with room left over for guests.
The rustic-looking home, which has a rustic wood-and-stone exterior, also boasts an impressive 8,446 square feet of space.
The home apparently has plenty of privacy thanks to a heavy array of trees surrounding it and the road leading to it.
It includes a long circle driveway for grand entrances that leaves plenty of room for guests to park their cars, and the driveway encloses a lovely circular landscaped area.
An old-fashioned swing and seating area creates a warm atmosphere to greet guests under the home covered front entrance.
