Maura Higgins has treated herself to a new £60k Porsche just before heading into the I’m A Celebrity jungle. 

The Love Island star, 33, showed off her impressive new ride as she took to her Instagram Stories on Saturday. 

Maura has become the proud owner of a Porsche Macan, which typically ranges in price from £60,000 to £98,00.

Sharing a pH๏τo from inside her new car, she showed off its luxurious all-white leather interior.

Maura captioned the post: ‘My baby has arrived finally,’ along with a white heart emoji.

Earlier this month Maura was confirmed as one of the famous faces taking part in this year’s I’m A Celeb.

It was previously reported that I’m A Celebrity bosses had set their sights on Maura after boxer Tommy Fury withdrew at the last minute.

ITV were then eyeing up Molly-Mae’s best friend Maura to take his place in the jungle, with bosses banking on the Irish beauty to spill the beans about her pal.

A source told The Sun: ‘With Tommy Fury pulling out it gave show bosses the opportunity to look at other Love Island stars and Maura stood out as the perfect candidate.

‘She’ll bringing a bit of glamour to the jungle and make a brilliant campmate because she’s got a great sense of humour and is bound to get on with everyone.

‘It’s shaping up to be a strong year for woman on I’m A Celebrity this year.’

With Tommy out of the running, it was said to have paved the way for Maura’s appearance on the show as it meant that there wouldn’t be two stars from the 2019 series of the famous dating show in the jungle.

However, the reality star will soon be trading in her lavish lifestyle for something entirely different as she prepares to head down under to appear in I’m A Celebrity

It comes after Maura recently opened up about her relationship with TOWIE’s Pete Wicks on the We Need To Talk podcast with Paul Brunson

It comes after Maura was spotted sharing a steamy kiss with TOWIE’s Pete Wicks during a recent dinner date in Shoreditch, after their romance was finally confirmed.

The pair were first linked back in August, and last week confirmed their relationship with a PDA-filled display in London.

Despite Pete being linked to his Strictly dance partner Jowita Przystal, he only seemed to have eyes for Maura as they enjoyed a steamy kiss while stopping for cigarettes on their night out.

Maura recently broke her silence on the rumours surrounding her romance with Pete, while appearing on the We Need To Talk podcast with Paul Brunson.

When Paul asked Maura if she and Pete ‘were a thing’, Maura told the host: ‘We just get on very, very well. I adore him, he’s an amazing person.

‘Do you know what’s so weird? We met very soon after me coming off Love Island and we just instantly clicked.

Maura split from her American stuntman boyfriend Bobby Holland Hanton earlier this year, and she has also previously dated Strictly Come Dancing professional Giovanni Pernice, as well as her Love Island co-stars Christopher Taylor and Curtis Pritchard.

Speaking about her previous relationships, Maura said: ‘I’ve not had a great track record in relationships. I just feel like apart from my best friend, every guy has just let me down.

‘I expect to be let down and you can never be in a healthy relationship if I’m expecting that.’
