The former and troubled NBA guard was accused of trespᴀssing and arrested on Nov. 2 by the Fairfax County Police Department, according to TMZ.
The FCPD told TMZ that a person produced video evidence to corroborate their complaint that West would not evacuate a portion of Huntington, Va. where he is banned.
A day later after a warrant was issued, the 41-year-old West was arrested around 8:48 p.m. near the Huntington Metro.
