Pregnant Jennifer Lawrence campaigns for Kamala Harris in Las Vegas after endorsement

Pregnant Jennifer Lawrence joined Nevada democratic volunteers and canvᴀssed for Vice President Kamala Harris ahead of election day, in Las Vegas.

The 34-year-old Oscar-winning actress — who initially endorsed Harris for President back in late September — hit the campaign trail and went door-to-door persuading undecided voters to cast their ballot for the democratic nominee on November 5.

On Friday, she put on a business formal display in a yellow coat and slacks while wearing her golden locks in a stylish up-do for her day of volunteering.

The expectant mother also met with elected officials and sat down with Nevada Democratic regional organizing director Craig Bakerjian to discuss ballot issues.

She posed for a group pH๏τo-op with her fellow volunteers, which was posted to Instagram by the official Kamala For Nevada page.

Lawrence was also seen firing-up her fellow volunteers, encouraging first-time voters and meaningful political discussion at the Las Vegas Democratic Headquarters.

She also chatted with Senator Jacky Rosen and Mothership’s CEO Juanny Romero about the importance of bi-partisan cooperation and working with those on the opposite of the political aisle to unite voters.

Lawrence previously endorsed the 60-year-old presidential hopeful and her running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, in a candid interview with People Magazine.

‘I’m voting for Kamala Harris because I think she can protect reproductive rights,’ the Golden Globe-winning actress revealed in late September.

She explained that ‘the most important thing’ is to ‘not let somebody into the White House who is going to ban abortion.’

‘Abortion is literally on the ballot,’ she told the outlet.

Later in the interview, the Kentucky native fired back at critics who called her ‘uneducated’ for never earning a high school diploma.

She said: ‘As online trolls like to point out every time I get involved in politics, I didn’t go to school, I dropped out of middle school, so I don’t have a classic education…So storytelling is where I get most of my education.’

The actress has publicly proclaimed her pro-choice stance, acting as a producer for the documentary Zurawski v. Texas which dove into the stories of women’s rights and pro-choice advocates who sued the Lone Star State in 2023.

‘Women are dying,’ she told the outlet while promoting the documentary.

She said the film intended to ‘enlighten people’s idea of what abortion is and why certain people need abortions — and why it’s so important to keep lawmakers out of families and out of people’s doctors’ offices… These laws are made by random white men and they’re not made by healthcare providers.’

Last Sunday, Lawrence was spotted donning a viral Harris-Walz camouflage baseball cap while out in LA with actress Dakota Johnson.

Vice President Harris has already garnered various endorsements from a string of high-profile celebrities that have pledged to vote for the former Attorney General of California.

Just after the October 1 presidential debate, pop-megastar Taylor Swift took to Instagram to endorse the former Senator, writing, ‘I’m voting for @kamalaharris because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them. I think she is a steady-handed, gifted leader and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country if we are led by calm and not chaos.’

Nine-time GRAMMY award-winning singer Billie Eilish and her brother Finneas also took to X to praise the Harris-Walz ticket.

Other celebrity endorsements include Harrison Ford, Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez, Ariana Grande, Charli XCX, Bill Nye, Jaime Lee Curtis, Demi Lovato, Anne Hathaway, Cardi B, Ben Stiller, Bruce Springsteen and Barbra Streisand, among others.
