Sydney Warner’s biggest fear turned into the best thing for her and 49ers’ Fred Warner

Sydney Warner went through her biggest fear and found a “sweet spot” on the other side of it.

The “Bachelor” alum and her husband, 49ers linebacker Fred Warner, welcomed their son, Beau Anthony, on March 7, via C-section.

Warner, a fashion and lifestyle influencer, was open about her fear of getting pregnant and the unknowns of her first pregnancy before Beau.

Now, at seven months postpartum, Warner said her son inspired her to take on work that best exemplifies her “mom era” as a family of three (for now).

“I just want to grow as much as I possibly can and put out content that is reciprocated well,” Warner told The Post while promoting The Crown Royal Whisky Sour Cocktail with Black Cherry, which is her favorite drink to serve while hosting on 49ers gamedays.

“I want to push what I love — anything with mommy and baby. I just feel like that’s kind of where my heart’s at right now.

“I think when we did get pregnant, I was like, ‘This is my biggest fear, here we go.’ [I told myself] ‘I’m going to embrace it. I’m going to show every step [on social media] because that’s what I did before getting pregnant.’ … But it was honestly the best experience coming from someone that was so afraid of pregnancy. You’ve got to let it go, and I think when I did that and I just rolled with every new thing, it became less scary.

“So I want my audience to just see that and grow within that phase of my life. I think with work, it’s like whatever phase of life I’m in is where I do my best. I think my sweet spot really is mommy and me and then fashion for sure. Those are two things I feel most comfortable and most genuine and organic, and I want to try to do that always. That’s where I’m most happy.”

Warner — who has 222,000 followers on Instagram and more than 156,000 TikTok followers — shares content about fashion, beauty and home and lifestyle — and works with brands such as Crown Royal and Abercrombie & Fitch.

The brunette beauty and the All-Pro linebacker also work together on their joint podcast, “The Warner House,” which is in its second season and covers stories from around the NFL and their family life.

“I think it came very organically from Fred’s side of management,” Warner said of how their podcast was born. “They kind of came to us one day, they’re like, ‘We see you guys and you’re rapport with each other and it’s really entertaining … What do you think about talking about just your lives and football on a podcast?’

“And we were like, ‘OK, why not?’ That’s just how we are with each other and it shows on the podcast. I think it is been reciprocated really well. It’s been really fun also to just sit down with my husband and talk about our week. It almost like a nice little form of couples therapy.”

Warner emphasized the importance of her other job, which is supporting her husband on and off of the field.

The couple’s California wedding on June 25, 2022 included a guest list filled with Bachelor stars and NFL players — including Azeez Alshaair, Terrell Burgess, Dre Greenlaw, Emmanuel Moseley, Dante Pettis and Kyle Van Noy.

However, she made it clear she doesn’t ᴀssociate herself with the acronym, WAG — a popular term that stands for “wives and girlfriends” of professional athletes.

“I don’t see myself as a WAG, whatever that stands for,” Warner, who previously starred on season 24 of “The Bachelor” with Peter Weber, said. “I try to be a supportive wife to my husband regardless of what job he has.

“He loves his job. We’re blessed that he can be able to play at such a high level. And he doesn’t take that for granted — neither do I. So we embrace this while we have it. He is a veteran. We don’t know how many years we’re going to do this, so you might as well enjoy it and make the most of it while we’ve got it. So he is happy. I’m happy. We’re rolling with the seasons.”

Warner enjoys hosting their friends and family for game day gatherings with the Cocktail Collection, which includes her favorite, Crown Royal.

“I’m from the south, so when I heard Whiskey Sour, I was like ‘perfect, sign me up,’” she said. “My mom would always have [Crown Royal] for holidays.”

Warner serves that along with the Collection’s lineup of cocktails including the Ketel One Espresso Martini, Ketel One Cosmopolitan and Tanqueray Negroni.
