Black Adam 2 (2025) takes the anti-hero saga of Teth-Adam (played by Dwayne Johnson) to even darker and more complex territory, continuing the story of one of DC’s most powerful and morally ambiguous characters. After the events of the first film, Black Adam now finds himself at a crossroads—caught between his quest for justice and the consequences of his unchecked power. As new threats emerge, both from Earth and other realms, Adam must decide what kind of hero—or villain—he wants to be.
This sequel introduces even more compelling characters, including the Justice Society of America (JSA), who return to challenge Adam’s methods of justice. Pierce Brosnan reprises his role as Doctor Fate, and the team is joined by powerful newcomers, including Hawkman (played by Aldis Hodge) and Cyclone (played by Quintessa Swindell). The tensions between Black Adam and the JSA lead to explosive confrontations, forcing Adam to confront his own past and the true nature of his power.
