The series follows Han Yi-han (So Ji-sub), a genius double-тιтled surgeon, who loses everything after a rigged operation ruins his career. Four years later, he returns as a lawyer specializing in medical litigation, collaborating with prosecutor Geum Seok-young (Im Soo-hyang) to expose negligence and demand accountability from powerful figures.
