New England Patriots receiver Stefon Diggs has finally faced questions about the suspicious substance seen in viral video of him on a party boat with several scantily clad women and his rumored girlfriend Cardi B.
Diggs went viral last month in Miami while partying with the famed rapper. The two were seen boarding a a luxury yacht, where he was later encircled by several women wearing ʙικιɴιs, one of whom referred to him as ‘daddy’ for some reason.
At one point, Diggs could be seen handling a suspicious bag of pink powder, which some have speculated to be hard drugs.
Diggs, who was caught in another wild party video last week, finally responded to the accusation at minicamp on Tuesday without confirming or denying the presence of illicit narcotics.
‘I want to be as candid with you as possible but I kind of have a thing where I don’t talk about my personal life with people I don’t know personally,’ he said, as quoted by ESPN’s Mike Reiss.

The rapper posted a pH๏τo of her and Diggs on a boat in the wake of the viral video
‘I had a conversation with [Patriots head coach Mike] Vrabel obviously and I’ll echo everything he said, hoping everybody is making good decisions,’ he continued. ‘And I had a conversation with people in the building as well. So everything else is everything else. The particulars are all internal.’
Asked what the pink substance was, Diggs again refused to offer any details.
‘Obviously it’s a conversation that’s happening internal, which I can’t have too much of a conversation about it,’ he said. ‘I’ve been in this league 10 years; you can format your question many different ways, I’m obviously going to answer it the same way.’
And that wasn’t Diggs’ only recent party video to go viral.
The 31-year-old can be seen wildly throwing his arms around, jumping from side to side and spinning erratically in a clip from his sister’s recent wedding.

Of course, that footage is far less troubling for the Patriots, who nonetheless remain optimistic about Diggs’ arrival.
On Monday, Vrabel said he was pleased with the energy he’s seen from Diggs, who is coming off knee surgery that prematurely ended his 2024 campaign in Houston.
‘He’s working hard in his rehab and when he can – there’s certain drills he can be out there and certain drills he won’t be,’ Vrabel said. ‘But I think he’s engaged and I like his energy.’
There had been speculation that Diggs could be cut over the viral video from Miami, but that talk appears to have subsided now that he’s at Patriots minicamp.
New England signed Diggs to a three-year, $69 million contact, $25 million of which is guaranteed.
