LA Rams name shock location for their summer minicamp

The Los Angeles Rams will be traveling across the Pacific Ocean for their four-day June minicamp – and will do some good along the way.

The team announced they will be off to Hawaii from June 16-19 where they will enjoy themselves on the island of Maui.

Not only will the team be working out at War Memorial Stadium in Wailuku, but they will also be volunteering in the city of Lahaina with Habitat for Humanity.

Lahaina is still in the process of recovering from a devastating wildfire that swept across the island back in 2023.

‘We are thrilled to return to Hawai’i and for the first time in the NFL bring Minicamp to Maui,’ Rams president Kevin Demoff said in a statement.

‘Los Angeles and Hawai’i share a special relationship and we are grateful to HTA for teaming with us for this historic partnership.

‘Not only will this trip be a great opportunity for our players, coaches and their families to spend time together in a special setting, but also for our organization to celebrate and pour into youth football programs and players who call Maui home.’

The Rams will hope to use this offseason to keep their window of compeтιтion open after reaching the NFC Divisional round last season.

LA beat the powerhouse Minnesota Vikings, but fell on the road to the eventual Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles.

The team will look different without wide receiver Cooper Kupp, but Matthew Stafford will be at the helm of the offense for another year.
