Travis Kelce says Las Vegas golf trip without Taylor Swift 'felt like home'

Travis Kelce gushed about his weekend away in Las Vegas with brother Jason and Justin Timberlake.

The Kansas City Chiefs star has kept a low profile since February’s Super Bowl loss, staying out of the spotlight with his pop sensation girlfriend Taylor Swift.

However, he broke cover without his famous girlfriend last week when he stepped out in Las Vegas for a wild weekend.

The тιԍнт end rolled into Sin City to join brother Jason and a host of other famous names at Justin Timberlake’s 8AM Golf Invitational.

The group hit the fairways for two rounds of golf – with Timberlake’s team emerging victorious – before soaking up the delights of the strip.

The three-time Super Bowl winner opened up on the weekend of fun on this week’s episode of New Heights, admitting Las Vegas  – the site of the Chiefs’ victory in the big game last year – offers him a sense of comfort.

‘There’s something about Las Vegas,’ Travis told Jason. ‘It’s just, you know, it’s kinda where I feel at home.’

Flanked by Justin Timberlake and Jason, Travis hit the poker table last Friday night after a day competing at the golf event at the luxurious Wynn H๏τel that raises money for charity.

‘Dude, so much fun,’ Travis elaborated. ‘You got thrown into a group with two of my favorite human beings on the face of this earth, Chandler Parsons and Blake Griffin. And I was with another one of my favorite people on this earth, [comedian] Andrew Santino.’

Meanwhile, Jason, who retired in March 2024 following 13 years with the Philadelphia Eagles, admitted he struggled with his golf game.

‘My first putt, I think, was, like, a 10-foot putt that I put legitimately five feet [away] to the point that everyone audibly laughed behind me,’ Jason said.

‘Like, somebody legitimately said, ‘That can’t be serious.’ It was like it was straight from Happy Gilmore. Like, I hit it, and I was like, oh, no. That thing is going nowhere.’

However, the retired center still enjoyed himself, seizing the chance to get out of the house for one of the first times since the birth of his fourth daughter, Finnley, with wife Kylie.

The group even enjoyed a night of karaoke where former NFL wide receiver Golden Tate performed Taylor’s classic hit, ‘Our Song,’ in front of Travis.

Meanwhile, Jason opted for a different vibe, belting out his go-to song, Bonnie Tyler’s ‘Total Eclipse of the Heart.’

‘The first 10-15, maybe even 20 seconds, you guys were far the most entertaining crew up there,’ Travis recalled of his brother’s performance. ‘And then out of nowhere, it was just like a scream-off.’

Prior to his appearance in Vegas, Travis had not been seen for weeks outside of his weekly New Heights podcast appearance that he hosts with brother Jason.

He had been in Boca Raton, Florida, where Daily Mail had exclusively pictured him working out in the middle of the NFL offseason.

It comes after Kelce walked back from the brink of retiring from football following the devastating loss for the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl in February against the Philadelphia Eagles.

After deciding that he didn’t want to bring the curtain down on his career on such a low note, it appears that fans are going to have to get used to Travis and Taylor keeping a low profile.
