Giants address receiver need in undrafted free agency — including Jaxon Dart’s former teammate

The Giants went through seven rounds of the 2025 NFL Draft and did not take a wide receiver with any of their seven selections.

That did not mean they were uninterested in adding to the position.

Immediately after the draft, they went to work and signed several receivers as undrafted free agents, paying higher money for three with which they are most intrigued.

Quarterback Jaxson Dart, acquired in a trade up into the first round, will have one of his college teammates with him this spring and summer.

Antwane “Juice’’ Wells Jr. is a well-traveled player, starting his college career at James Madison, continuing it at South Carolina and ending it at Ole Miss.

With Dart throwing the ball to him, Wells in 2024 caught 28 pᴀsses for 553 yards and six touchdowns. His most eye-catching statistic was averaging 19.8 yards per reception.

The other two wide receivers to watch are Beaux Collins of Notre Dame and Da’Quan Felton from Virginia Tech.

Collins has good size (6-foot-3, 201 pounds) and was a top recruit for Clemson, but his three years there were slowed by injuries.

He started all 16 games this past season for the Fighting Irish and caught 41 pᴀsses for 490 yards and three touchdowns.

Felton spent four years at Norfolk State and caught 32 pᴀsses for 360 yards and two touchdowns last season at Virginia Tech. He is a size-speed prospect at 6-5, 213 with a 40-yard dash time of 4.5.

Another player to watch is 6-4 safety Makari Paige from Michigan.

The other undrafted free agents signed so far: OL Jaison Williams (Youngstown State), WR/special teams Dalen Cambre (Louisiana), TE Jermaine Terry II (Oregon State), WR Jordan Bly (Gardner-Webb), CB RJ Delancy III (Wisconsin), DE Trace Ford, (Oklahoma), S Tommy McCormick (Idaho), WR Nate McCollum (North Carolina).
