The NFL announced the date it will drop the entire schedule for the upcoming 2025 season during Thursday’s draft night.
As many of the NFL’s rising stars discovered which teams they will call home next season, they also found out when they’ll know which rivals they will be suiting up against next season.
Following nine picks of Thursday’s draft, it was announced that the 2025 schedule will drop in its entirety on May 14.
While the teams in the league all know which teams they will be facing in the season, the exact dates have yet to be announced.
But now, fans can get ready to start preparing for their season when the dates are dropped on the 14th.
Like in years past, the NFL is putting on a big show for the occasion with two different schedule release shows.

On NFL Network, a three-hour broadcast breaking down each team’s schedule is set to be hosted by Rich Eisen, Maurice Jones-Drew and Michael Robinsion.
At the same time, ESPN will be hosting their own primetime special on ESPN2.
The NFL’s preseason is set to start on July 31 with the Pro Football Hall of Fame Game between the Detroit Lions and the Los Angeles Chargers.
But the NFL season really begins on September 4 when the defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles host the league’s so-called ‘kickoff game’.
