Eagle-eyed Taylor Swift fans spot curious Travis Kelce detail in latest New Heights episode

Fans of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift desperate for information on how the power couple are spending their downtime together may have a small clue on the latest New Heights episode.

It came as Kansas City Chiefs star Travis and his older brother Jason welcomed Joe Thomas onto their show. Thomas is an NFL Hall of Famer who played his entire career for the Cleveland Browns, the Kelce brothers’ hometown team.

While Kelce and Swift have managed to enjoy an extremely low-key couple of months since February’s Super Bowl, Kelce has kept his podcast going every week with guests from across the sporting world.

This week, however, fans noticed that Travis was looking especially tanned while welcoming Thomas – sparking immediate speculation from the Swifties that follow the podcast.

‘Travy is looking TANNED and happy,’ one fan wrote in the response to the New Heights announcement Tuesday night that Thomas was appearing on the show.

Another wrote: ‘Travis, share the tan routine please.’

A different fan, meanwhile, commented: It’s nice to see Travis so tan and happy.’

It wasn’t clear where Travis recorded this week’s show but the background was different from the usual setup he is surrounded by when he films during the NFL season from his Kansas City mansion.

Kelce and Swift enjoyed a ski trip to Montana in the last few weeks but have only been spotted in New York once over the last couple of months. And Kelce’s glow might suggest he has been soaking up the rays somewhere warmer in recent weeks with Swift.

The 35-year-old Kelce was recently in Florida, going through football drills with two high school players and posing for pictures with them afterwards.

It is unclear at present if he is still in the state but his mom Donna is currenly on vacation there.

After the Chiefs lost the Super Bowl to the Philadelphia Eagles in New Orleans, Kelce was on the brink of retiring from the NFL.

But after taking some time to consider his future, he announced on New Heights that he wasn’t prepared to step away from the game he loves on such a low note.

Since then, it has been reported that Kelce wants to move away from the fame that has surrounded his life since going public with Swift in September 2023 and focus on what might be his final year in the NFL.

Speaking at the start of April, Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said he was impressed by how dedicated Kelce has been since deciding to play on.

‘He wants to come back and he’s training like crazy, too,’ Reid said.

‘The healthier we can be around him (in the offense), he can still be productive (next season).’
