The City of Brotherly Love isnâÂÂt living up to its name after someone stole Super Bowl champion A.J. BrownâÂÂs car Sunday night.
âÂÂDear Philly- To whoever stole my car last night, IâÂÂll make a deal with you,â Brown wrote Monday morning on X, before later deleting the post. âÂÂBring back my car and I wonâÂÂt press charges, or when I find you today, itâÂÂs going to be what itâÂÂs going to be. Take it or leave it my guy.âÂÂ

Brown doubled down on his subtle threats to the thief on his Instagram Story in a minute-long video.
âÂÂCome on Philly, you stole my whip last night,â Brown said. âÂÂIâÂÂll make a deal with you bro, just bring the whip back bro, I wonâÂÂt press charges ⦠youâÂÂre smooth with it, though, you pulled up at 3:42, you got up out of there at 3:45. YouâÂÂre fast on your feet, real fast, but IâÂÂll show you how fast I am on my feet ⦠you might as well pull back up and drop [the car] off bro. We know where youâÂÂre at right now.âÂÂ
Just hours after posting his message to the thief, Brown followed up, reporting that the car and the theif were found.
âÂÂWe already got the whip,â Brown said. âÂÂSee, I told you to just turn the car back in ⦠now you gotta deal with the consequences man.â
Brown went viral in January for arriving at an Eagles playoff game in a Honda Accord, a fairly modest car for a wide receiver signed to a $96 million contract.
Considering his deal with the Eagles, and the fact that his Instagram rant directed toward the thief was posted from inside another car, itâÂÂs safe to say that the Accord isnâÂÂt the only vehicle in BrownâÂÂs arsenal â so, itâÂÂs unclear if the Honda is the stolen car in question.

ItâÂÂs also unknown if the robbery was targeted or if Brown was simply unlucky.
With everything sorted out, Brown added some humor regarding the crime, telling fans how his son saw his âÂÂda-daâ talking with police Monday morning and instantly was reminded of the childrenâÂÂs TV show âÂÂPaw Patrol.âÂÂ
âÂÂEverybodyâÂÂs got jokes this morning, huh?â Brown said. âÂÂNow the jokeâÂÂs on you.âÂÂ
