High-school football star reveals key advice Travis Kelce gave him during masterclass from NFL legend

The high-school football player treated to a masterclass from Travis Kelce at the weekend has opened up on the crucial pointers the NFL legend gave him.

Jazz Lewis, the teenage son of another football great in Super Bowl-winning running back Jamal Lewis, received a special opportunity to work out with one of the best players of all time in Florida.

The young wide receiver and one of his teammates had the chance to train up close and personal with Kelce, who was on hand with some precious advice on the day.

‘When Travis Kelce was there it was amazing,’ Lewis, who plays for Chamblee Charter High School in Georgia, told TMZ Sports.

‘I got to learn. He gave me some tips on how to run better routes, be smoother. And yeah, it was nice.’

Lewis says he trained alongside Kelce thanks to his former coach Tony Villani, the speed and agility expert who works with some of the top players in the NFL today.

As well as the son of former Baltimore Ravens star Jamal, Brayden Doss, a quarterback for the Chamblee Bulldogs, was also invited by Villani to enjoy the masterclass from Travis.

Both Lewis and Doss posted pictures alongside Kelce after practicing with the Kansas City Chiefs star.

‘Got some good work in with Travis Kelce this past week, learned a lot from the Super Bowl legend,’ the former wrote on social media.

Jamal, who helped the Ravens win the Super Bowl in 2000, also explained how he was able to offer the same guidance to young players as Kelce during his own career.

‘I did it when I was playing, I had a lot of younger kids that was there and sometimes it’s good to pᴀss that back down and show them what they’re doing wrong or while they’re working help coach them up in line,’ the 45-year-old said. ‘It’s good to put them in those groups.

‘It’s a good thing, man. And later on they’ll really cherish it.’
