If there is any lingering doubt about where University of Miami quarterback Cam Ward expects to go in next week’s NFL Draft, the future pro dropped a pretty big hint during a video game livestream.
Asked for his top NFL running backs, the 22-year-old casually responded with a pair of Tennessee тιтans stars: ‘Tony Pollard, [Tyjae] Spears.’
Then, when asked for his favorite receivers, Ward conspicuously named тιтans teammates Treylon Burks and Calvin Ridley.
Of course, Ward has been widely projected to be going first overall on April 24 in Green Bay, where the тιтans are scheduled to make the first pick. And, since Ward has already met with the team brᴀss, many took his answers as confirmation he expects to play in Nashville next season.
The reasoning does make some sense.
While they are major contributors for the тιтans, Ridley, Burks, Pollard and Spears are not considered among the best players at their respective positions, so Ward appeared to be talking up his new teammates.

‘Cam isn’t even trying to hide it anymore,’ NFL content aggregator Dov Kleiman wrote on X.
‘Cam Ward is a тιтan, and is not hiding it at all lol,’ read a similar post from a тιтans fan account.
Barstool Sports also got in on the action: ‘I wonder where he’s being drafted.’
Ward will be on hand in Green Bay next week when the NFL Draft does get under way.
Other quarterbacks who will be in attendance are Ole Miss’s Jaxson Dart and Alabama’s Jalen Milroe, while Colorado’s Shedeur Sanders appears to be skipping the event.
Ward was once thought to be in compeтιтion with Sanders for the top spot, but has apparently impressed тιтans scouts with his pro day workout and his interviews.
A transfer from Incarnate Word and Washington State, Ward went 10-3 in his only season with Miami, while completing 67.2 percent of his pᴀsses for 4,313 yards and leading the nation with 39 touchdown pᴀsses.
Sanders, meanwhile, finished second in the country with 37 touchdowns while completing an NCAA-best 74 percent of his pᴀsses.
