Legendary NFL RedZone host Scott Hanson will be part of EA Sports’ Madden 26 video game.
According to a report from MLFootball, Hanson will be one of the voices in the video game set to be released in August. The page also noted that the host will be in the recording studio with EA this spring.
EA previously reported that Greg Olsen, Mike Tirico, Brock Huard, and Kate Scott’s voices would be added to the game alongside Brandon Gaudin and Charles Davis.
The news came weeks after Hanson dropped a mᴀssive hint about quitting RedZone after 16 years.
Hanson broke his silence on Sunday after reports claimed that he was in talks with NBC Sports over a move to the broadcaster.
He took to X and posted: ‘1st Sunday with no football… I’m right there with ya.’

According to Front Office Sports, Hanson’s contract with NFL Media expired when the season ended.
FOS adds that Hanson is in talks over returning to NBC for the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan and Cortina, Italy. He could also return for the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.
Hanson earned raving reviews from NBC Olympics production president, Molly Solomon, for his work during the Paris Olympics.
