Travis Kelce may have pᴀssed another boyfriend test, as granted by Taylor Swift’s fandom, as the Chiefs star recognized a reference about his girlfriend during a recent episode of ‘New Heights’.
With actor Jason Sudeikis as the special guest, his run ins with Kelce’s girlfriend back in 2009 on ‘Saturday Night Live’ came up.
During Swift’s first time hosting the popular late night show, she doubled as a musical guest as well.
At the end of her opening monologue, Sudeikis and Swift appeared together on-air, with him looking for lookalikes to Kanye West, attempting to prevent anyone from interrupting her performance.
Then came the moment hardcore Swifties have pointed out that has endeared them to Kelce even more.
‘We did a sketch called “Potato Chip,”‘ Sudeikis said. ‘The very first time we did it was with Taylor when she hosted.’

Kelce responded, ‘Nice! A young Taylor, too.’
Sudeikis retorted quickly, ‘A young Taylor, yeah.’
Swift first hosted Saturday Night Live in November 2009, a few months after West’s infamous interruption of her acceptance speech at the MTV Video Music Awards.
Swift’s monologue song is famous among her fans, as she showed a more comedic side early in her career.
‘I’m starting to wonder if there’s any video of Taylor that this man hasn’t found. OG swiftie,’ one of Swift’s fans said on X.
‘So he knows the monologue song now I’m imagining her singing “now if you wonder if I’m engaged to the football player,”‘ another stated on social media.
Swift and Kelce have been publicly dating since September 2023, when she appeared in a luxury suite for a Chiefs game against the Chicago Bears. Since then, Kelce’s celebrity profile has skyrocketed by being on the arm of the ‘Anti-Hero’ singer.
