Kansas City Chiefs receiver Xavier Worthy’s accuser claims he’s beaten her repeatedly through their relationship and nearly killed her the night that led to his recent arrest.

Sprinter Tia Jones got engaged to the University of Texas star in July, but has now filed for a protective order against Worthy, who has not been charged in the case and denies any wrongdoing.

“He follows me to the game room, and starts tossing me around, choking me and slamming me,” she said in the court filing, obtained by TMZ. “He carries me to the garage door. I remember holding onto the wall while he was pulling me, making both my feet come off the ground. He lets one of his hands go to open the garage, and then he puts both of his hands around my neck from behind and he chokes my neck so тιԍнт I was making choking sounds.

“I felt like I was going to die,” Jones added.

Following his arrest for allegedly strangling a ‘family or household member’ on Friday night, Worthy accused Jones of infidelity and an extortion plot.

‘We are aware of the allegation that led to Mr. Worthy’s arrest,’ read a statement from his attorneys, Chip Lewis and Sam Bᴀssett, who have denied the charge against their client. ‘We are working with law enforcement in Williamson County to ensure they have the benefit of the totality of circumstances that led to this allegation.

‘The complainant was recently asked to vacate Mr. Worthy’s residence upon discovery of her infidelity. She has refused to do so and made a number of extortive efforts prior to resorting to this baseless allegation against Mr. Worthy.’
