Kyle and George are close friends and are now former teammates after the fullback was released from the team.

As for Claire, she too expressed her disappointment by posting a number of pH๏τos on her Instagram story on Monday night. George also reacted to the news via posts of his own.

The 33-year-old Juszczyk was likely cut due to a combination of his age and his salary as the Niners look to open up as much cap space as they can.

Juszczyk was set to cost the 49ers nearly $6.5million in cap space next season.

This cut could save the Niners up to $4.6million if he’s designated as a post-June 1 release, per OverTheCap.com. He was set to become a free agent next season.

A Harvard graduate, Juszczyk began his career with the Baltimore Ravens after they picked him in the fourth round of the 2013 NFL Draft.

‘I know I’m not done,’ Juszczyk told ESPN on Monday. ‘I’m definitely not done playing. I’ve seen zero regression.

‘I think especially, I mean, you can turn on the last two games and please show me where I’ve regressed, so I have no plans of stopping.’
