Kylie Kelce has opened up on husband Jason’s ‘ridiculous’ piece of advice for soon-to-be fathers – which she admits has worked a treat in the past.
Kylie, who is currently expecting her fourth baby girl with the retired Philadelphia Eagles legend, revealed Jason’s crucial tip for men who are preparing to enter the delivery room with their partners for the first time on her ‘Not Gonna Lie’ podcast.
‘He is convinced that men pᴀss out because when pushing starts to happen and birth amps up and the baby is on its way out, that you stand up and you get this rush of adrenaline,’ she said.
‘And a lot of times, you’ve gone from sitting all day waiting to then jumping up and being in an excited situation.’
The media personality and podcast host said Jason’s tip is to ‘eat a snack right before mom starts pushing’ in order to avoid pᴀssing out because ‘he’s convinced that it’s an issue with your blood sugar.’
‘I giggle a little only because it sounds ridiculous, but when you are in it, having gone through it three times, it seems legit,’ Kylie continued.

‘I don’t remember which birth it was, but I do remember looking over as I got the shakes, and I’m like, “We’re going.” And he’s like, mid bite getting ready to hold me for a crunch.’
Despite how crazy it sounds, Kylie says there Jason’s tactic has prevented him from pᴀssing out during her three previous childbirths.
‘But he hasn’t pᴀssed out. So take it, take the advice,’ she told first-time fathers. ‘Just have a little sneaky snack before the slip and slide happens.’
Kylie and Jason are already parents to five-year-old Wyatt, Ellie, 3, and two-year-old Bennett.
Back in November the couple revealed they are now expecting a fourth girl, which is due in the coming months.
Kylie made the announcement in a heartwarming post on Instagram, which showed an image of their three daughters – Wyatt, Elliotte, and Bennett – all wearing sweaters that said ‘Big Sister’ on them.
In the pH๏τo, Wyatt looked shocked by the news while Bennett was seen crying. Meanwhile, Elliotte was seen smiling after hearing the news from her parents.
The caption to the post read: ‘I feel like we captured a very accurate representation of how each of the girls feel about getting another sister. At least Ellie, mom and dad are on the same page!’
