A familiar team established as betting favorite to land Davante Adams after Jets breakup

Davante Adams is without a home.

After the Jets released the star wide receiver, DraftKings Sportsbook oddsmakers are forecasting his next destination.

And a familiar team is right at the top of the list.

The Packers, whom Adams played with for the first eight seasons of his NFL career, are heavy favorites to bring back the six-time Pro Bowler.

Green Bay has a deep receiver room with Christian Watson, Jayden Reed, Romeo Doubs and Dontayvion Wicks, but could use more upside for quarterback Jordan Love at the position.

New York Jets wide receiver Davante Adams (17) can't hang onto a pᴀss from quarterback Aaron Rodgers (8) after getting past Jacksonville Jaguars safety Darnell Savage during the first half of an NFL football game Sunday, Dec. 15, 2024, in Jacksonville, Fla.

The Chargers (+450), who desperately need more depth at wide receiver alongside Ladd McConkey, are the second-favorites.

Adams, who grew up in the Bay Area and went to nearby Fresno State, is also seen as a potential target for the 49ers (+600), who just dealt Deebo Samuel to the Commanders.

Like his longtime teammate and friend Aaron Rodgers, the Giants (+850) also could be Adams’ next home.

The Giants are currently the betting favorite to bring in Rodgers as they search for their next starting signal-caller.

Betting on the NFL?

Adams, 32, caught 85 pᴀsses for 1,063 yards and eight touchdowns across 14 games for the Raiders and Jets in 2024.

He was traded for Las Vegas to New York in mid-October in exchange for a conditional 2025 draft pick, reuniting him with Rodgers.
