The Giants can learn a lot from this playoff team’s approach to evaluating young QBs

By now, the Giants surely must know how they rank the quarterbacks in this year’s NFL Draft, right? After all, they’ve scouted these players throughout the college season and watched hours and hours of tape on all these prospects.

Think again.

There is no doubt the Giants have an idea how they feel about Cam Ward, Shedeur Sanders, Jaxson Dart, Jalen Milroe and the rest of the quarterbacks in this year’s class. If you asked general manager Joe Schoen, he could provide an ordered list, but it would not be close to a finalized version. These things take time and cannot be rushed.

Ward or Sanders? Schoen has his thoughts, and of course, they will remain private.
