Russell Wilson gets spicy with Ciara after Oscars 2025 post as Steelers uncertainty lingers

Russell Wilson and wife Ciara didn’t just turn up the heat on an Oscars red carpet.

When recapping the couple’s date night Sunday at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party in Beverly Hills, Ciara gushed Monday on Instagram she “went home with my own award,” a nod to her spouse of nearly eight years.

The post didn’t go unnoticed by Wilson as the current Steelers quarterback dropped a spicy line in the comments.

“Dress like that again… dare u… Cinco coming shortly after…,” Wilson wrote, adding crying laughing face emojis.

Wilson, 36, and Ciara, 39, have welcomed three children together: daughters Sienna Princess, 7, and Amora Princess, 1, and 4-year-old son Win Harrison. The singer is also a mom to son Future, 10, whom she shares with her ex, rapper Future.

This isn’t the first time Wilson and Ciara have pondered adding baby No. 5 to their family.

During a January appearance on “Today,” Ciara elaborated on where she and the quarterback stand.

“Listen, there’s a trend with all of our babies are three years apart,” Ciara said. “So I’m not saying that we’re going to follow that trend but, you know, if it’s up to Russ, ‘Cinco’ is coming next month!”

Wilson and Ciara made the most of their parents’ night out Sunday, when the “Level Up” singer stunned in an embellished ɴuᴅᴇ bodysuit with feather detailing as the Super Bowl-winning quarterback opted for a black tuxedo.

The appearance came at what’s been an interesting time for Wilson, who is an pending free agent.

He spent the last season in Pittsburgh on a one-year deal, concluding the season on a five-game losing streak.

ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reported Sunday the Steelers prefer Justin Fields over Wilson.

The 25-year-old Fields — who was traded to Pittsburgh last March — “has an edge” over Wilson, despite being in a backup role the latter half of the year.

Wilson is one of several veteran quarterbacks hitting the market this month, along with soon-to-be ex-Jet Aaron Rodgers and journeyman Sam Darnold, who is coming off a career year with the Vikings.

Wilson, formerly of the Broncos and Seahawks, briefly flirted with the Giants last offseason before linking up with the Steelers.

The Giants, who actively pursued Matthew Stafford in February before the quarterback re-upped with the Rams, are desperately seeking an answer at quarterback following a putrid 3-14 campaign.

Through 11 regular-season games last year, Wilson threw for 2,482 yards, 16 touchdowns and five interceptions.
