Aaron Rodgers has reportedly resorted to offering himself around the NFL after his New York Jets exit.
It was confirmed earlier this month that the Jets were moving on from the 41-year-old after two miserable years.
The quarterback tore his Achilles after only four snaps of his debut in 2023 before his second season ended with the Jets failing to make the playoffs once more.
Now, as the veteran’s search for a new home continues, he has reportedly offered himself to the Jets’ Big Apple rivals, the New York Giants.
Rodgers is said to be plotting to stay at MetLife Stadium, reaching out to the Giants amid free agency struggles, according to Mike Florio.
The four-time MVP finds himself without team for the first time in his career, having spent 18 seasons with the Green Bay Packers before his Jets trade.

Brian Daboll’s struggling team will be looking for a new quarterback during the offseason
And the former Super Bowl winner has reportedly issued a wish list for his next franchise.
Rodgers listed two desires for his future NFL home – to be ‘good’ and to want him.
However, he may be backtracking on his first demand, given the Giants’ 2024 season was more abysmal than the Jets’ 5-12 record.
It also remains to be seen if the Giants would be willing to offer themselves up as a landing spot for Rodgers.
Brian Daboll’s team struggled at quarterback last season, agreeing to release Daniel Jones, who went on to sign with the Minnesota Vikings. That leaves just Tommy DeVito as the only quarterback on their roster for the upcoming season.
However, the Giants have also been linked to Matthew Stafford amid reports that the Los Angeles Rams have granted the Super Bowl winner and his agent permission to speak to other teams.
Rodgers, meanwhile, will turn 42 in the middle of the next NFL season, with few teams willing to devote their immediate future to an extremely old quarterback.
Among the few teams expected to be interested in Rodgers are the Colts, Jaguars, and Raiders due to not having a top-four pick in the draft and having a glaring need at the position.
