The Gorge is an upcoming American science fiction horror action film directed by Scott Derrickson and written by Zach Dean. It stars Miles Teller, Anya Taylor-Joy, and Sigourney Weaver. The film is scheduled to be released on Apple TV+ on February 14, 2025.
The plot revolves around two elite snipers, Levi and Drasa, who are á´€ssigned to guard towers on opposite sides of a vast and highly classified gorge. Their mission is to protect the world from an undisclosed, mysterious evil that lurks within. As they undertake their mission, they bond from a distance while trying to stay vigilant against an unseen enemy. When the cataclysmic threat to humanity is revealed to them, they must work together to survive and keep the secret of the gorge before it’s too late.
The movie is set in a wintery and desolate wilderness, and the trailer showcases breathtaking visuals of the gorge, an icy wilderness shrouded in mystery. The trailer also teases the emotional journey of the two operatives who must trust each other in the face of unimaginable danger.
