Ravens mᴀssive lineman Ben Cleveland arrested for DUI

Ravens guard Ben Cleveland was arrested for DUI in Georgia last week with a .178 BAC, according to TMZ.

The incident occurred Feb. 12 when Cleveland was pulled over in Milledgeville, Ga., around 10:25 p.m.

The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office says Cleveland was swerving in his Ford F-250 and nearly ended up in a ditch, per the report.

Authorities said that Cleveland told them he claimed to have “approximately 3-4 beers” before driving.

It would have taken more than that, though, for the the 370-pounder to blow a BAC more than double the legal limit of .08.

His eyes were “glossy” and there was a strong odor of alcohol coming from him and his truck, police said.

Cleveland was taken to a nearby jail where they administered another breathalyzer. This time, he blew .161, according to the outlet.

He received citations for DUI and failure to maintain lane.

Cleveland grew up in the area and played his college football with the Georgia Bulldogs, where he appeared in 45 games in four years.

He was then drafted in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft to Baltimore.

Georgia football has had its handful of driving-related arrests and now Cleveland is a former Bulldog thrown into that mix.

Cleveland has played in 54 games in his four-year career with the Ravens but has started in just seven of them. This past season, he appeared in 17 games with zero starts.

Cleveland now enters free agency with his Ravens contract expiring.
