Philadelphia police hilariously recreate the Eagles' famous Tush Push during Super Bowl parade

Philadelphia cops were seen recreating the Eagles’ famous ‘Tush Push’ in a hilarious moment at their Super Bowl parade on Friday.

More than a million supporters lined the streets of Philadelphia to celebrate the Eagles’ Super Bowl triumph in New Orleans, where they destroyed the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday night to claim the franchise’s second championship.

And as fans swarmed the City of Brotherly Love for a wild party, even Philly police officers couldn’t resist getting involved in the fun.

A group of five cops were seen performing their very own Tush Push – the Eagles’ signature move where quarterback Jalen Hurts is pushed forward by teammates lined behind him to gain yardage – while patrolling in the road.

After a quick team talk, one officer crouched down with a ball in his hands while two of his colleagues did the same next to him, before he snapped it back to another behind him.

The officer playing the quarterback role then received the ball before being pushed on top of the apparent offensive line by a cop stood behind him.

The hilarious Tush Push sparked huge cheers from the crowd as fans on the side of the street gave their seal of approval.

Friday’s Super Bowl parade provided some highs and lows, with Eagles linebacker Zack Baun stepping off the team bus at one stage to sign a fan’s baby in a heartwarming moment.

Amid the wild celebrations, Baun could be seen taking a quick break from the parade for one of the most unique autographs he will ever sign.

The linebacker, who has just wrapped up a sensational debut season in Philly, briefly stepped off the bus taking Eagles players through the city and made a beeline for a supporter and their baby on the side of the street.

Incredible footage captured by the Philadelphia Inquirer shows him walking over and signing the baby’s hat before giving them a kiss and heading back on the bus.

One could be heard shouting to him as he signed the autograph: ‘Stay in Philly forever, we love you!’

However, the celebrations also turned sour in Philadelphia after a shooting left two women injured on the day.

Police said the shooting unfolded at 23rd and Spring Garden Street, less than half a mile from where Eagles players celebrated their win on stage in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Officials said that two women, both in their 20s, had been sH๏τ in the legs near the parade by an unknown man.

Deputy Police Commissioner Frank Vanore told the Philadelphia Inquirer that the man was wearing an Eagles jersey, and that it had happened after an argument.

Early reports also indicate that one of the victims was raced to hospital through a huge crowd of paradegoers.

It came after Eagles general manager Howie Roseman was left bloodied during the parade after being struck in the forehead when fans threw items at the team.
