Plot Summary

After the brutal events of the first tournament, the forces of Earthrealm barely managed to hold their ground against the looming invasion of Outworld. With Shang Tsung retreating, but promising revenge, the next Mortal Kombat tournament is set—and this time, the stakes are higher than ever.

Led by Raiden (Tadanobu Asano), Earthrealm’s warriors must prepare for the ultimate showdown, but they won’t fight alone. Johnny Cage (Karl Urban) joins the team, bringing his cocky atтιтude and legendary fighting skills to the mix. Meanwhile, the mysterious Kitana (Adeline Rudolph) emerges, hinting at a rebellion against Shao Kahn (Martyn Ford), the ruthless Emperor of Outworld.

But the greatest danger lies in the shadows—Sub-Zero (Joe Taslim) has returned, reborn as the ᴅᴇᴀᴅly Noob Saibot, fueled by vengeance and darkness.
