Molly Qerim spits out her water live on First Take as Stephen A. Smith makes breathtaking Patrick Mahomes claim

Molly Querim could not contain herself and spit her water out after Stephen A. Smith hilariously compared himself to Patrick Mahomes on First Take.

During Tuesday’s episode of the ESPN program, Querim, Smith, Dan Orlovsky, and Louis Riddick discussed how the Kansas City Chiefs have become the villains ahead of their three-peat attempt on Sunday.

Riddick and Orlovsky began exchanging about the Chiefs being labeled ‘annoying’ for their repeated success when Smith chimed into the conversation.

‘I would know something about that, I’m considered one of the most annoying people in television,’ Smith claimed, prompting laughter from the cast.

Querim, who was out of the frame when Smith commented, was taking a sip that she spit out right before the producers put her back on the screen.

‘I’ve never done this, I spit off, straight out of my mouth,’ Querim said, laughing while Orlovski wiped down the table. ‘I apologize, America.’

‘Stephen A. and I have never gotten along more,’ she continued. ‘Oh my goodness, that was hilarious.’

‘April marks 13 consecutive years of No 1, baby,’ Smith bragged. ‘This is what we do.’

‘Damn right, and keep on hating ’cause we gon’ keep on winning.’

In January, Smith’s former colleague and First Take co-host Skip Bayless went off on Mahomes for being ‘boring’ and playing ‘like a grandpa.’

‘This Mahomes, he plays shockingly boring football. This Mahomes has turned into the ultimate dink-and-dunk artist. Tell me I’m wrong!’ Bayless said on his self-тιтled program. ‘No NFL quarterback gets rid of the ball quicker than Patrick Mahomes.’

‘Instead of high-rolling hundreds, trying to hit the casino jackpot the way he used to, this Mahomes just quietly and patiently plays the dollar slots. And it’s not like he’s 40 and conceding to age. Nope! Patrick Mahomes is playing like a grandpa at the ripe old age of 29.’

Despite Bayless’ sentiments, Mahomes’ performances continue to produce results as he is one win away from his fourth тιтle.

The quarterback completed 18 of 26 attempts for 245 yards and a touchdown against Buffalo. He also carried for 43 yards and two touchdowns.

Mahomes and the Chiefs will take on the Philadelphia Eagles in New Orleans for the Lombardi trophy.
