Patrick Mahomes revealed that his third child, Golden Raye, will be present at the Super Bowl on Sunday as the Chiefs take on the Philadelphia Eagles.

On January 12, Patrick and wife Brittany welcomed Golden and shared a pH๏τo holding their new baby’s feet in front of a wooden nameplate.

Speaking to media on Monday, the quarterback revealed that their thirdborn’s first football game may be when her father wins his third straight Super Bowl тιтle.

‘It’s always motivating whenever you have another baby ’cause I want them to have the same experiences the other two had,’ Mahomes shared. ‘She’s been amazing, she’s been sleeping well, [her] mom’s been extremely happy.’

‘I’m excited for her to be able to come,’ he continued. ‘It’s her first football game at the Super Bowl. Hopefully, we can get her a win.’

Golden’s birth came amid another stellar season for Mahomes, who completed 392 of 581 pᴀsses for 3,928 yards and 26 touchdowns. Furthermore, the quarterback rushed for 307 yards and two touchdowns.

Mahomes led his crew to a 15-2 record before routing the Texans (23-14) and Bills (32-29) in the playoffs.

Patrick and Brittany – who already have a daughter, three-year-old Sterling, and a son, two-year-old Bronze – had announced last July that they were expecting another child together.

Fortunately for Mahomes, the quarterback for the Chiefs, the team had secured a bye in the first round of the playoffs, and he could be there to welcome the family’s latest addition.

During the press conference, Mahomes revealed how important it is to make memories for his kids on the field. He also noted how winning becomes more fulfilling with a growing family.

‘I think it feels better ’cause my family is growing, so getting to see my kids on the football field, they’ll forever have those memories, and I’ll forever have those memories of the confetti falling and my kids getting to see that,’ Mahomes said.

‘I was that kid once. Not winning a championship, but being on the field with my dad. I know how much those memories imprinted who I am today.’
