Travis Kelce receives major backlash from Taylor Swift fans following Grammys absence

Some of Taylor Swift’s fans are not thrilled about Travis Kelce’s absence from the Grammy Awards on Sunday.

As Swift gears up to support Kelce in New Orleans when the Kansas City Chiefs attempt to win a third straight Super Bowl, Swifties slammed the тιԍнт end for missing the ceremony in Los Angeles.

On social media, the diehards expressed their impulsive comments after seeing their idol riding solo on the red carpet.

‘I don’t like them as a couple, but does anyone find it odd that Taylor goes to all of Travis’s games but he doesn’t bother to go with her to award shows? It seems one sided. #GRAMMYs,’ wrote one fan.

‘Travis isn’t there but I ᴀssume Taylor is going to have to go to the Super Bowl… classic,’ added another.

‘Why Taylor Swift go to Chiefs games, but Travis Kelce can’t attend s***,’ said a third.

The claims are invalidated by Swift being present at 22 of Kelce’s 35 games since the pair made their relationship public in September 2023.

Furthermore, the three-time Super Bowl champion went to Europe and around the United States to support Swift during the Eras Tour. His 14 appearances included his on-stage debut in Wembley back in June.

While Kelce took to the Big Easy to begin the Super Bowl festivities, Swift noticeably wore a red ‘T’ charm on her leg along with her Vivienne Westwood-designed red corseted mini dress at the Grammys.

Swift left Los Angeles empty-handed despite being nominated for six categories. Nonetheless, the singer-songwriter stole the show as she cheered for her peers.

The hitmaker will make her second Super Bowl appearance after flying from Singapore to Las Vegas to see Kelce and the Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers in last year’s game.
