Travis Kelce reveals his grandmother's foul-mouthed Super Bowl rant during appearance on Jason's ESPN show

Travis Kelce has recalled how his grandmother unleashed a hilarious X-rated rant at referees during the Super Bowl when he was just seven years old.

The Chiefs тιԍнт end was a guest on Friday’s season finale of his brother Jason’s ESPN chat show ‘They Call It Late Night with Jason Kelce’.

He conducted a short interview with his older brother, when he discussed Kansas City’s bid for a historic three-peat.

Then, towards the end of the show, Kelce made another brief cameo. He was asked to make a ‘public service announcement’ to viewers of next week’s Super Bowl.

‘Nothing beats getting the folks together to watch the big game. But if there are children around, just remember: be careful about your language. If you choose to swear and cuss, keep it creative,’ he said.

‘One time, when I was seven, my grandmother called a referee a little d*** b**** with a f***ing stupid a** face. That’s how you do it, Grandma!’

Travis appeared by video link just over a week out from next week’s Super Bowl against the Eagles.

He and Jason, who already co-host an award-winning podcast ‘New Heights’, traded insults and light-hearted jokes during the show on Friday night.

The former Eagles star quizzed his younger brother ahead of next Sunday’s Super Bowl and among his questions was: ‘If you could change bodies with any teammate, who would it be?’

‘I’m going to say Creed Humphrey,’ Travis replied.

Humphrey is a 6ft 4in, 302-pound lineman who plays center – the same position Jason played during his 13 years with the Eagles.

‘(He’s) a guy who’s confident in his skin and doesn’t give a damn,’ the тιԍнт end said. ‘Just a big, strong man. I wish I had shoulders and arms like that – are you kidding me?’

Jason replied: ‘This is bull! There is no way… so really you’re saying you wish you were me?’

That prompted a laugh from Travis, who insisted: ‘I’m jealous. I want to be able to eat what I want, Jason.’
