Swift is embarking on some renovations at her Rhode Island mansion but is also considering buying a place with Kelce in the Kansas City area, Us Weekly has reported.

‘When they have time, they want to look at real estate,’ a source told the magazine. ‘[The couple has] talked about exploring buying a home together.’

Swift has become a regular figure in team circles, although she appeared at fewer Chiefs games in 2024 as she continued her Eras Tour.

With that now over, she was seen at Sunday’s AFC Championship win over the Buffalo Bills and is once again expected to be on hand when the Chiefs play for the Lombardi Trophy a Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans on February 9.

Kelce did already purchase one larger, more private home in 2023, which DailyMail.com revealed in a series of aerial pH๏τos. The $6 million mansion is a departure from his previous home, which was smaller and didn’t offer much privacy.

His new home is in Leawood, Kansas, about a 20-minute drive from Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri. Inside there are six bedrooms, six baths and a vast chef’s kitchen, not to mention an outdoor swimming pool and three acres of land.

Unfortunately, Kelce lost $100,000 in jewelry and his first ever Super Bowl jersey after thieves ransacked that home in October of 2024, according to reports at the time.

‘Travis got upset as they stole some important items, including his first Super Bowl jersey, and to have someone get into his private home is something he really got uncomfy about,’ a source told the US Sun at the time.

Swift was fortunate to have not had anything stolen in the burglary, despite reportedly keeping designer bags and high-end clothing at her boyfriend’s home.

NBC News reported in November that the FBI is investigating potential links between the robbery at Kelce’s home and those of his Chiefs teammate, Patrick Mahomes, and Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow.

Special agents in Ohio have charged four Chilean nationals in the Burrow case. The robbery at Kelce’s home remains unsolved.

“This is an ongoing investigation involving multiple burglaries across the United States of America, specifically targeting multi-million dollar residences,’ read a charging document in the case.

The property, built in 1998, boasts six bedrooms, six baths, and sprawls across 17,000 sq ft

Kansas City’s housing market is up 3.2 percent over the last year, according to Zillow, which reports an average price of $232,895.

Of course, Swift and Kelce don’t exactly have average incomes. Her Eras Tour alone grossed a reported $2billion in ticket sales, while Kelce has buoyed his $93 million in career salary with millions more in endorsement deals.

And without any concerns over money, it’s really just a question of how much time the couple wants to spend together.

‘They’ve had a lot of time together since she’s been off tour and during the holidays,’ the source told Us Weekly. ‘They work so well [and] they’re still madly in love.’
