Insane Super Bowl LIX ticket prices revealed ahead of Chiefs-Eagles… with nosebleed seats selling for thousands

Insane Super Bowl LIX ticket prices revealed ahead of Chiefs-Eagles... with nosebleed seats selling for thousands

The Super Bowl has consistently been one of the most expensive tickets to get your hands on in all of sports. This year’s matchup is no exception.

On Sunday, the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles punched their tickets to Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans – set to kick off in just under two weeks time.

But anyone who may be hoping to attend this year’s matchup will have to pay thousands in order to attend.

A review of secondary market ticket prices revealed that the cheapest seats were in a range of $4,000 to over $5,000 depending on which website you use.

On StubHub, you’d pay as little as $4,489 pre-tax and fees for an actual seat in section 602 – way up in the nosebleeds of the Caesars Superdome.

That’s similar to what you’d find on SeatGeek – where the cheapest seat lies in section 630 and would run you $4,696 before fees.

It’s the same game over on TickPick – a site that shows the ‘all-in’ price you’d pay for a ticket. There, when you add up fees to the price of a ticket, you’d be paying $5,762 for a seat.

If the nose bleeds aren’t your speed, all three sites have tickets in the lower bowls of the Superdome ranging from $6,000 to $8,000.

Some tickets are selling for more than double those prices – with those right on the sidelines going for the tens of thousands.

It’s a steep price to pay to see a matchup between two of the best teams in the sport – a rematch of Super Bowl LVII played just two years ago.

Philadelphia demolished the Washington Commanders 55-23 to win the NFC Championship while Kansas City won the AFC Championship while beating the Buffalo Bills 32-29.

Kansas City is looking to win its fifth Super Bowl and a potential record-setting third in a row. Philadelphia is trying to win its second ever тιтle.
