Daily fantasy football picks for Sunday’s NFL Championship games

There are behaviors we all know to be foolish. You don’t spit into the wind, don’t touch a H๏τ stove, don’t pet a strange dog — that last one is really hard.

But there are times when it makes sense to take risks, to roll the dice on an unlikely outcome. That time arrives in game theory, when an unpopular pick can be an ᴀsset if that pick does something surprising.

For daily fantasy purposes, that pick can be someone with a bad matchup, someone who hasn’t performed well recently, someone who is just forgotten in the mix of things.

Rarely is that pick a generational GOAT with three Super Bowl rings, MVP honors in all three, plus two MVP seasons to his credit. But here we are.
