Barefoot Mack Hollins arrives for Bills’ snowy playoff clash vs. Ravens baring his chest

Bills wide receiver Mack Hollins showed up to Highmark Stadium looking like he was ready for a day at the beach.

With temps around 20 degrees and light snow falling, Hollins walked into the building wearing a bucket hat, a Hawaiian shirt and what appeared to be Bills-colored swim trunks.

“Even on a cloudy day folks, sunscreen,” Hollins yelled out as he walked by the media on the way to the locker room.

The Bills receiver did not have any shoes on either, something that he has done for a number of years.

The team posted a separate video of Hollins walking out on the field with a little more weather-appropriate attire but still barefoot as flurries fell around him.

The National Weather Service indicated that the temperatures will be around 18 degrees at kickoff in Buffalo and with wind chill it will feel as cold as 11 degrees.

Hollins has been no stranger to getting creative with his gameday outfits this season.

During Week 11, Hollins showed up to the game against the Chiefs in a construction worker outfit.

Week 13, following a snowstorm in Western New York, he showed up dressed as a mad scientist, and when the Bills faced the Broncos in the wild-card round he came to Highmark Stadium dressed as Fred Flintstone with a Buffalo hat with horns on his head.

The NFL journeyman is in his first season in Buffalo and has endeared himself to the fan base through his quirkiness.

Hollins had 31 catches for 378 yards and five touchdowns during the regular season and had one catch for 19 yards during the postseason this year.

The decision to go shoeless is one that he made a while back and in an interview with NBC Sports Philadelphia, he explained how part of the rationale is hygiene.

“It’s so funny that people look at me like that because shoes are definitely dirtier than feet,” Hollins told the outlet. “Because I wash my feet all the time. When’s the last time you washed the bottom of your shoe?”
