Ryan Fitzpatrick goes shirtless in freezing temps to hype Bills playoff crowd

Ryan Fitzpatrick brought a little Fitzmagic to Buffalo.

The former NFL quarterback-turned-analyst brought the energy during Sunday night’s AFC divisional round game between the Bills and Ravens.

In a clip shared to social media, Fitzpatrick was on the field hyping up the crowd at Highmark Stadium when he paused and began stripping off his shirt.

Fitzpatrick was wearing a blue No. 14 Bills jersey with his name on the back.

He proceeded to strip off the jersey and then took off the black jacket he had underneath, exposing his bare chest to the delight of the home crowd, who witnessed the Bills hold on for a 27-25 win to earn a trip to the AFC Championship game.

Fitzpatrick then lifted his arms up to hype the crowd before screaming into the microphone he had been holding.

“Where else would you rather be than right here, right now!” Fitzpatrick exclaimed echoing the immortal words of legendary Bills head coach Marv Levy, which has become the mantra for Bills fans.

Fitzpatrick continued to encourage the crowd to get loud before the clip came to an end.

In a separate post by the Bills, Fitzpatrick was recorded on the field before the game admiring the football environment in Orchard Park.

The National Weather Service indicated that at the time of kickoff, it would be 18 degrees and with the wind chill it would feel like 11 degrees.

“It’s cold,” Fitzpatrick yelled. “It’s Buffalo weather. Let’s go.”

The former NFL journeyman spent four seasons playing for the Bills, starting 53 games for Buffalo during his tenure there while completing 1,041 pᴀsses for 11,654 yards and 80 touchdowns.

Fitzpatrick spent 17 years in the NFL, spending time with nine different, including the Bills.
