Mark Andrews ripped in ruthless social media memes after shocking drop sees Ravens lose to Bills

Mark Andrews was ruthlessly mocked on social media Sunday night after his hugely difficult performance against the Bills in the divisional round of the playoffs.

The тιԍнт end committed a costly fumble in Buffalo territory in the fourth quarter – which was followed by a Bills field goal – before dropping a two-point conversion attempt that would have tied the game with 1:33 left.

After a failed onside kick attempt, the Ravens wouldn’t touch the ball again in the 27-25 loss, and fans brutally took aim at Andrews after.

One fan on X posted the infamous ‘The Office’ clip in which Kevin drops a mᴀssive vat of chili all over the ground, and wrote, ‘Mark Andrews with the game on the line.’

A second compared Andrews’ blunders to Aaron Judge’s crucial drop in the World Series against the Dodgers, while another posted a video of a garbage man tossing trash into a truck.

‘Isaiah Likely cleaning out Mark Andrews’ locker after getting back to Baltimore,’ the post read.

Fantasy football platform Sleeper got involved as well, putting LinkedIn’s famous ‘#OpenToWork’ graphic next to his pH๏τo.

In another post, a fan shared a clip of one UFC fighter chasing down another, and suggested that the video resembled how Lamar Jackson would’ve reacted towards Andrews after the game.

However, when asked about Andrews following the loss, Jackson referenced his own two turnovers and defended his longtime teammate.

‘Its a team effort out there, he’s been busting his behind, he making plays happen out there on that field for us,’ he said.

‘It’s not his fault,’ he added. ‘We’re not gonna put that on Mark.’

Ravens coach John Harbaugh also stood by Andrews when asked what he would say to the player.

‘The same thing I would say to all the guys like Mark,’ Harbaugh said. ‘There’s nobody that has more heart and cares more and fights more than Mark. We wouldn’t be here without Mark Andrews.

‘That’s what you say to him… Mark will handle it fantastically like he always does because he’s a high-character person. He’s a tough person. And he’s a good person. So, proud of him just like I’m proud of all the guys.’

The loss ended another strong season for the Ravens, who went 12-5, won the AFC North and earned the No. 3 seed in the playoffs.

The Ravens have now lost three of their last four trips to the divisional round, with their lone win at that stage in that span coming last season against the Texans.

Baltimore then lost to the Chiefs at home in a crushing 17-10 conference championship defeat.

Despite his difficult night, Andrews led the Ravens in receptions as he caught five balls for 61 yards.
