Eagles fan who hurled vulgar insults at Packers supporters fired from DEI-focused consulting job

The Eagles fan involved in the now-infamous viral video that showed him hurling vulgar insults at a female Packers fan has been sacked from his job.

BCT Partners — a DEI-focused management consulting firm based in East Brunswick, N.J. — announced the firing in a statement Tuesday night that they had concluded their internal investigation and “decided to part company with the employee.”

The man has been identified as Ryan Caldwell

While they did not refer to the employee by name, the disgraced Eagles fan idenтιтy was confirmed by The Post to be Ryan Caldwell.

In the exchange caught on video, Caldwell called Ally Keller a “dumb c–t” during Sunday’s NFC wild-card game between the Eagles and Packers at Lincoln Financial Field.

BCT Partners condemned Caldwell’s actions “without condemning the individual.”

“In keeping with our company values, which are firmly centered on respect, dignity, and inclusion, we have decided to part company with the employee. This separation is effective immediately,” the statement from the company read. “We condemn our former employee’s conduct in the strongest possible terms. This individual’s conduct and language were vile, disgusting, unacceptable, and horrific and have no place in our workplace and society. Such conduct is not who we are and not what we stand for.

“At the same time, again to be true to our values, we can condemn the actions without condemning the individual. None of us deserve to be remembered for actions taken on our worst day. We have offered grace and support to our former employee.”

In a portion of the video, Caldwell was heard hurling an obscenity toward Keller and her fiancé, Alex Basara, who spoke out on the incident for the first time on Tuesday.

“She’s an ugly, dumb c–t,” Caldwell could be heard saying in the video. “You gonna do anything? Shut the f–k up and watch the game.”

The Eagles have barred Caldwell from any future events at Lincoln Financial Field.

Basara and Keller described the “dangerous situation” they found themselves in as Caldwell went from giving them “playful jabs” before the situation escalated to a point where he started hurling insults at Keller.

BCT Partners expressed hope that Caldwell would “grow” from the situation and offered an apology to those impacted by his “highly offensive and misogynistic statements.”

“We sincerely apologize to the victim and for the many ways in which these events already have impacted so many people. We remain committed to gender equity and fostering a culture of respect and dignity for all,” BCT Partners said.

Caldwell has not publicly commented on the incident.
