Eagles fan's employers make decision after viral video showed him abusing female Packers fan in vile rant

The Eagles fan who verbally abused a female Packers supporter is under investigation by his employers, who branded his comments ‘completely unacceptable’.

The foul-mouthed rant, which has gone viral in recent days, took place at Lincoln Financial Field as the Eagles cruised to a 22-10 win over the Packers in the Wild Card round of the NFL Playoffs.

At one point, the Eagles fan refers to the woman as an ‘ugly, dumb c***,’ sparking a confrontation with her fiance, who is filming the incident.

‘What it’s like going to Philly just trying to root for your team,’ Packers fan Alexander Basara captioned the video on X.

‘Unprovoked, uncalled for. Packers twitter, help me out and find this guy…. this is not okay. I hate that my (fiancee) had this happen simply cheering for her team.’

NFL fans rallied around the couple and on Monday, BCT Partners – a management consultant firm based in New Jersey – released a statement on the incident.

The company apologized over the rant and said it had begun a ‘full investigation’ into its employee.

‘The management at BCT Partners has been made aware of a video circulating involving an employee making offensive remarks outside of the workplace,’ he said.

‘BCT Partners denounces this type of behavior, and we take this matter extremely seriously.

‘As an organization that has always stood for inclusivity, the conduct displayed was completely unacceptable and stands in direct opposition to our company values.

‘We have already begun a full investigation as an internal personnel matter to determine what actions will be taken. We sincerely apologize to everyone affected by this behavior and remain committed to fostering a culture of respect for all.’

In the video, which has flooded social media, the fan also abused the woman’s fiance. ‘Are you going to do anything?’ he asks the man as he tries to step in. ‘Then shut the f*** up.’
