Bed of Kha from Ancient Egypt, now at Turin Museum
Kha was Director of Works in Deir el- Medina, the village of the Theban necropolis. he was responsible for projects constructed during the reigns of AmenH๏τep II 1453-1419 BC),
Thutmose IV (1419-1386 BC) and AmenH๏τep III (1386-1349 BC).
Kha’s bed was placed in the corridor outside his burial chamber due to lack of space within the room.
